Prvá májová sobota patrila v Prešove paintballu. Odohralo sa tam kolo Central European Paintball league CEPL.
Slovenské i zahraničné tímy sa streli 4. mája v priestoroch Jazdeckého Areálu v meste Prešov, aby sa zúčastnili na novom projekte menom Central European Paintball Leagu, alebo v skratke CEPL.
Zúčastnilo sa až 7 tímov a to Monsters (SK), Budapest Stoneface (HU), Devils (SK), DBA (SK), Phoenix team (SK), Assassins Cracow (PL), Infilynx Boys (SK)
Už dlho sa na našom územní nestretlo také zastúpenie tímov zo zahraničia. Na CEPL boli síce len 2 zahraničné tímy, jeden z Maďarska (Stoneface) a jeden z Poľska (Assassins Cracow), no už hádam len niekoľko hráčom pamätá na časy, kedy sa hrali 5-man turnaje na 2 ihriskách s pravidelnou účasťou zahraničných tímov. Svitá však na lepšie časy. Aj favorizované tímy zo zahraničia dostali v niektorých zápasoch zabrať a preto dúfame, že ich uvidíme pri podobných udalostiach stále častejšie.

Chválime priestory, ktoré poskytovali nielen výnimočné hráčske zabezpečenie ako stánky pre hráčov, občerstvenie, vybavenie pitov a technika, ale aj skvelý povrch a Millennium ihrisko. Pre divákov bola pripravená nádherná tribúna. Jednoducho všetko bolo super.
Ďalšie kolo CEPL sa bude konať 5. októbra v meste Budapešť (Maďarsko) a organizátor poskytol tímom, ktoré sa zúčastnili na 1. kole 50% zľavu. To iste všetkých potešilo.
Na záver nám len nezostáva nič iné ako pochváliť všetkých zúčastnených, veľká chvála organizátorom a rozhodcom. Obe skupiny sa museli riešiť náhle zmeny či už v rozpise alebo v obsadení. Vďaka tímom, ktoré sa nezľakli výzvy a prišli. Rovnako super prácu odviedol aj tím Paintballtv.sk, vďaka ktorému mohli mnohí nadšenci a rodinný príslušníci naživo sledovať celé podujatie.
Jednoducho skvelá akcia. Už len trénovať na lepšie umiestnenie v ďalšom kole.
CEPL Presov 2013
The 1st Saturday of May belonged to paintball in Prešov. The Central European Paintball League CELP was there.
Slovak and foreign teams meet on the 4 May in Jazdecný areál in Prešov, to participate on a new project called Central European Paintball League, or in short CELP.
On the league attended 7 teams: Monsters (GB), Stoneface Budapest (HU), Devils (SK), DBA (SK), Phoenix team (SK), Assassins Cracow (PL), Infilynx Boys (SK)
It has long been that in Slovakia met also represented teams from abroad. At CELP were indeed only two foreign teams, one from Hungary (Stoneface) and one from Poland (Cracow Assassins), but maybe only a few players remember the times when the 5-man tournament were played on 2 fields with regular attendance by foreign teams. However dawns for better times. Also for the favored teams from abroad were getting the points not so easy in some cases so hopefully they will see similar events more often.

We praise spaces, which provide not only exceptional gaming ensure like stalls for players, snacks, pits, equipment and technology, but also a great surface and Millennium field. For the audience was ready a gorgeous stage. To say it simply everything was great.
The next round of CELP will be on 5th October in Budapest (Hungary) and the promoter is giving a 50% discount for teams that participated in the first of the. This is another great reason why to go to the second round.
Finally, we just want to praise all that came, especially organizers and referees. Both groups had to deal with sudden changes in either the schedule or in staff report. Thanks to the team, who were not afraid and came. We also want to commend the team of Paintballtv.sk, which allowed many enthusiasts and family members to watch the entire event live.
All in one it was a great event. Now it´s time to train for a better placement in the next round.
